Please join us for a day to dwell in silence and reconnect to our innate wisdom as we enter the holiday season and prepare for a new year. During our Day of Mindfulness, we’ll take time to stop, to nourish ourselves, and to explore the role of mindfulness during the holidays. We’ll enjoy silent sitting and mindful walking meditation, total relaxation, a silent lunch, chanting, journaling, and listening to a talk offered by Dharma Teacher Karen Hilsberg.
The day will include a delicious, gourmet, vegan, prana-packed lunch, prepared by Chef Meredith Klein.
Absolute beginners and more experienced practitioners are welcome! Please dress comfortably, in loose fitting clothes, and bring a cushion/bench for sitting (chairs will be available), a blanket/yoga mat for deep relaxation, and a paper & pen for a guided journaling activity.
Minimum donation $100 ($110 after Nov 30).
