Welcome to Organic Garden Sangha
We are a community practicing mindfulness in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh.
We begin each practice session with silent sitting meditation, followed by walking meditation and a sangha topic of the week. We may listen to dharma talks, practice Touching the Earth, engage in Dharma Sharing, sing, chant, and engage in other activities to strengthen our mindfulness practice. On the first Saturday of each month, we rotate study and recitation of the Five Mindfulness Trainings and the Fourteen Mindfulness Trainings of the Order of Interbeing.
We are a peaceful and harmonious sangha that supports mindfulness in daily living--in our homes, in our families, in our workplaces, and in our communities.
Organic Garden Sangha began practicing in 2003 and continues to meet every Saturday morning starting at 8:00 am.
